Our Promise to You At Sister Clare Co., every bar is handmade with love and prayer in tiny batches. Because each one is crafted by hand, we want you to feel completely confident when you bring our soaps into your home.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee If for any reason you’re not delighted with your soap, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly accept your return or exchange—no questions asked.

We only ask that the soap is unused and still in its original packaging. You’ll cover the return shipping cost, but we’ll happily cover it if the item arrived damaged or if we made a mistake.

A Few Gentle Notes Opened bars and custom-scent bars are final sale, as are sale items and gift sets (except when damaged or incorrect on our part).

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or exchange it for another bar within 5–7 business days.
