Thank you for shopping with Sister Clare Co. We pour love and prayer into every bar we make, and we’re truly grateful you’ve chosen to shop with us.

Using Our Website By visiting or shopping on sisterclareco.com, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, so please check back occasionally.

Pricing & Orders All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we discover an error in pricing or availability after you’ve placed an order, we’ll let you know right away and give you the chance to confirm or cancel.

Shipping We ship from our small workshop in the United States. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order, plus transit time. Tracking is provided once your package leaves our hands. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs (for international orders).

Returns & Refunds Please see our separate Return Policy for full details. In short, we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on unused bars in original packaging. Opened bars, custom-scent bars, sale items, and gift sets are final sale except in cases of damage or our error.

Product Information We try to describe our handmade soaps and photographs as accurately as possible. Because each bar is made by hand in small batches, slight variations in color, marbling, or design are natural and part of the beauty of handmade soap.

Limitation of Liability Our soaps are gentle and made with natural ingredients, but every person’s skin is different. We always recommend doing a small patch test before full use. Sister Clare Co. is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

In no event shall Sister Clare Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
